Welcome to the historic Old Rectory of Ferndale! The house was built in 1884 and almost demolished in 1964 by the Catholic Church, before it was sold to a local artist for the price of $1.00 and moved approximately two blocks to its present location.
The home has been featured in Stephen King's "Salem's Lot," while the City of Ferndale has been used as a backdrop for other films, such as "Outbreak" and "The Majestic." Two rooms available: Redwood Room and Magnolia Room both feature queen beds. Shared separate bathrooms.
