Member Privacy Policy

The Ferndale Chamber of Commerce ("Chamber") uses MembershipWorks and PayPal to register members and accept payments.

If you are joining Chamber or renewing your membership on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these terms on behalf of that organization, and you represent that you have the authority to bind the organization to these terms, in which case “you” or “your” will refer to the organization, its affiliates, and any users you authorize to manage your membership account.

By belonging to or making an online payment to Chamber, you also agree to these vendors' terms of service: MembershipWorks, PayPal.

Chamber will not sell your data. Chamber may publish its membership list on its website (VisitFerndale.com) or elsewhere. Chamber may make members' contact information available to each other in an internal, password-protected directory. You may opt to hide your address or phone number in the internal directory by logging into your Membershipworks account at https://www.visitferndale.com/chamber-manage-member-account.

You may request that your MembershipWorks data be anonymized/erased by emailing info@visitferndale.com. Chamber may retain anonymized records for financial accounting purposes.

If you choose to have your membership renew automatically, your credit card will be charged annually according to your membership level unless you log in to manage your member account (https://www.visitferndale.com/chamber-manage-member-account) and update your preferences. You are not required to use the auto-renewal option. If you choose to use the auto-renewal option you may or may not receive a reminder email prior to being charged annually.
