A sunny room with a beautiful view is prime real estate at the Bristol Place Senior Living Facility and Abby is not about to give hers up without a fight. Sharp, surprising, and full of heart, Ripcord is a wildly entertaining comedy about two unlikely roommates who discover that life still has plenty of adventures in store.

Cantankerous and private, Abby is perfectly content living alone until relentlessly cheerful Marilyn moves into her room. When Marilyn proposes a seemingly harmless bet, the two women begin an escalating game of pranks and one-upmanship: if Marilyn can make Abby angry, she gets the bed by the window; if Abby can frighten Marilyn, she must move out. As their rivalry grows more outrageous (and increasingly dangerous) the women uncover secrets, confront old wounds, and discover an unexpected connection. Ripcord is a hilarious and heartfelt reminder that friendship can arrive at any age, sometimes when we least expect it.
