Baskets of Ferndale Sunshine
Throughout the month of April, you’ll have a chance to take home a Basket of Sunshine valued at over $300 and lovingly curated by Ferndale businesses.
It’s easy to join the Baskets of Sunshine fun in Ferndale and have your opportunity to receive one of these great baskets. Simply visit a participating Ferndale establishment between 4:00 p.m. on April 4 and noon on April 29. While you’re there, grab a form to enter your name, email address, phone number, zip code and your basket number choice. Be sure and leave your completed form with a merchant who’s displaying one of the many overflowing gift baskets. (One entry per basket.)

And now for the fine print
No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not increase the chance of winning. To be eligible, each entrant must be at least twenty-one (21) years old as of date of entry. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person. Limit one (1) entry per basket. The Basket of Sunshine Giveaway will begin at 4:00 p.m. on April 4, 2023, and end at 12:00 p.m. on April 30, 2023.
By participating, winners agree to have their name, voice, likeness used in promotional material by the participating businesses and the Ferndale Chamber of Commerce.
Employees of the participating businesses and the members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, parents, siblings or children) and households (whether or not related), are not eligible to enter or win. The term “household” includes all persons residing together in a single residence, whether or not related.
If a basket recipient is unable to accept the basket, the gift will be forfeited in its entirety. No substitution of the basket is offered.
By accepting the basket, the recipient acknowledges that the participating businesses have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or law, relative to the prize or to any portion thereof, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical conditions or fitness for a particular use.
