Santa Claus arrives in Ferndale! St. Nick and his jolly elf bring hand-painted bags of goodies and photo opportunities for youngsters at 10:30am on Saturday, Dec. 9. Located outside Red Eye Laboratories, 405 Main Street.

Plus: Ferndale Volunteer Fire Department hosts a calmer atmosphere Santa event, in partnership with Redwood Coast Regional Center, for children on the autism spectrum. 10am-12pm at the fire station (436 Brown Street). RSVP requested.
