Jersey Scoops' ice cream is locally produced with organic milk from the Foggy Bottoms Boys' herd of pasture-raised Jersey cows. Patches' Pastries' new retail location at 606 Main Street, Ferndale, not only marks a sweet beginning for us but also continues the cherished tradition of the ice cream shop that once occupied this building in this historic town; And we are honored to keep the ice cream produced in our loved cow town as local as possible!!

And yes, we're keeping your favorites on the menu – pastries, cookies, coffee, espresso drinks, and freeze-dried candy!
